Workspace type / on-demand room
Book the session brief—not just a seat count.
A planning day, interview loop and investor meeting can need different layouts, privacy and technology. Define the session first so the search result can be checked against the work happening in the room.
Usually a fit when…
- The need is tied to a specific session rather than a daily team base.
- You know the attendee range, duration and preferred layout.
- Privacy and technology can be verified before booking.
- The cancellation path is clear enough for the meeting risk.
Compare another type when…
- The team needs a repeatable place for daily work.
- Equipment, storage or access must remain in place between sessions.
- Room credits would be harder to manage than a dedicated setup.
- A private office would cover both focused work and team meetings.
Four things to decide first.
Use the same prompts for every candidate. They are questions, not claims about a particular space.

Questions for the shortlist.
Ask each source the same questions, then retain the answers with the proposal or agreement.
- 01Is the stated capacity usable in the layout the session requires?
- 02Which equipment is included, and can it be tested in advance?
- 03When can hosts and guests enter, and who handles arrival?
- 04What are the extension, overtime and cancellation rules?
